This service is a monthly subscription service.  To maintain an active account, you will be charged monthly for services.  You must notify us before you next billing if you with to terminate your service.  Cancelled accounts require a new subscription and are subject to all the charges as listed below.

A credit card is required for new accounts to be established.  Your credit card will be charged a one time $50 administrative setup fee and a prorated charge for the remaining days of the current month.  For new subscriptions being paid by invoice, you will also be billed for the next months service.  You will have access to requested participating counties available information with unlimited index searching and 2500 document downloads per month.  After you submit the on-line subscription form, you will receive verification of your username and password via e-mail.  Refunds will only be permitted for paid accounts canceled that contain more than 30 days service.  US Title Search Network Services, Inc. shall have the right to invoice for any disputed credit card charges and fees that are resolved to the favor of USTSN.

New service must be activated with a credit card.  Services not activated with a credit card will be charged an additional $25 processing fee.  If this activation option is selected, you will be notified about how much must be sent to our office and the address where the fees must be submitted.  You will not receive an invoice and your account will not be activated until fees have been received.

Before submitting this form for service, verify your system is capable of searching and viewing documents by logging into our demo account as described above.  The administrative setup fee is non-refundable and cancellation of new accounts is based upon our current cancellation policy as described in US Title Search Network Payment Policy.

The subscription services fees are for 3 concurrent users at a single business location for a single company or individual.  If you operate from multiple business locations, you will need to have an account for each location.  You are not permitted to share your username and password with other persons or companies and you are responsible for all service requests made using your account.  Additional users above 3 can be added at 25% of the base subscription fee for each additional user.  Please contact US Title Search Network Services for additional users.

Additional counties can be added to your existing subscription.  No prorated amount will apply to add-ons.  There is a $10.00 processing fee for adding additional counties.

All free single day searches included with a subscription renew the 1st day of each month.

        All information requested must be submitted before your account can be processed.
